Shipping

How long will it take to get my Obama painting?
Turnaround time is generally 3-4 weeks.  It takes this long because every painting is done by hand and is specific to each customer.  After an order is placed, we will update you at least once a week on the status of the order.

Do you offer a faster service?
No, we do not offer an expedited process.  If we offered a faster service, we’d have to sacrifice quality, and that is not something we are willing to do.

How will my order be shipped? What if it’s damaged when it arrives?
We ship all of our paintings through FedEx Ground. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box, so please make sure that you provide us with a real, physical address for delivery. All of our paintings are fully insured. If your painting arrives and the box is visibly damaged in any way, please notify the delivery person immediately.

Ordering

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you want to pay via PayPal or Google Checkout, please contact us and we can send you a link to pay using those methods.  We also accept checks and money orders.

Do you charge my credit card right away?
No, we charge your credit card when the painting ships.  We need a valid credit card to begin the order, but we don’t charge it until the painting is finished.

I don’t feel comfortable ordering online, what do I do?
You can call us at 800-403-0407 to place an order.

I want to order more than one painting. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer generous discounts.  If you are interested in ordering multiple paintings, please contact us for special pricing.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. If you are not located in the United States, please contact us so we can give you an accurate shipping quote for you order.

The Painting

Is it really hand painted?
Yes, it is 100% hand painted!  Our artists do not use any reproduction or projection equipment.

What is the difference between having the painting stretched versus rolled in a tube.
If you choose to have your painting rolled in a tube, the canvas will be rolled up and shipped to you in a tube. You can then take the canvas to a local framing shop and have it stretched and framed locally.

Can my painting be hung on the wall the day I get it?
If you choose to have your painting stretched on canvas, it will arrive ready to be hung.

What size should I choose?
We’ve created a helpful resource to help you visualize the size of the painting on a wall.

I would like to order a custom size.  Do you do this?
Yes, as long as it’s bigger than 18″ x 25″.  If you are interested in a custom size, please contact us.

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties?

I would like a different picture of Barack Obama painted.  Can you do this?
It depends.  We can only paint pictures that are in the public domain or that you have rights to.

Do you offer framing?
No, at this time we do not offer framing options.
