Every one of our paintings is 100% hand painted.  Because of this, there is going to be slight variations in every painting we complete.

Before we ship the painting, we will email a picture of it to you for review.  You can request changes to the painting or you can cancel your order if you are not completely satisfied with the way it looks.

We will not ship a painting to you until you see a digital photo of it and approve it.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your portrait, you don’t pay a dime. It’s that simple.

If your painting arrives and you are not completely satisfied, just send it back to us for a full refund.  You will be responsible to ship the painting back in new condition.
